Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday congratulated the two students from the state who topped the ICSE and ISC examinations. "Kolkata has excelled in ICSE and ISC, 2015 results published on Monday. Saugato Chowdhury of St. Xavier’s Collegiate School has topped in ICSE. Arkya Chatterjee of Vivekananda Mission School has topped in ISC Examination," Banerjee said.
