New Delhi: In a hostile takeover bid, Deepak Fertilisers on Wednesday increased its stake in Vijay Mallya-promoted Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (MCFL) to over 25 percent and made an open offer to buy another 26 percent for Rs 190 crore.
