Guwahati: Security has been stepped up in Guwahati as Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will cast his vote on Thursday in the third and final phase of voting for Lok Sabha elections in Assam, which would decide the electoral fate of 74 candidates in the fray, including nine women, in the six constituencies here.
