New Delhi: Even as AIADMK supremo Jayalalithaa returned to power on Saturday, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said the state law department is examining the judgement of the High Court which acquitted her of all charges and a decision on filing an appeal in the case will be taken after receiving the report.

New Delhi: The rains lashed several parts of the city today, offering respite from the hot conditions. "The Safdarjung observatory, considered the official reading for the city, received 6.0 mm rainfall while areas under Palam, Ayanagar and Lodhi road recorded 9.2 mm, 14.2 mm and 3.4 mm rainfall respectively," said the MET Department official.
