Varanasi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the Integrated Power Development Scheme aimed at ensuring 24x7 power for all, during his visit here tomorrow. Modi is scheduled to arrive at the LBS International airport at Babatpur where Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Governor Ram Naik would receive him.
