New Delhi: Haryana’s biggest Khap Panchayat called the Satrol Khap passed a revolutionary resolution on Sunday where it allowed marriages to be solemnized within 42 villages under its jurisdiction. Breaking a 700-year old tradition, the panchayat also gave its nod to inter-caste marriages.
