21 people missing after China building collapse

Beijing: Twenty-one people were missing after a nine-story building collapsed in southwest China following a landslide on Wednesday. The building in Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province, collapsed around 11:30 am. The city government said it had checked three-quarters of the 35 households and found at 21 of the 114 residents were missing.

The new generation "smart luggage" relays location to owners' smartphones and will use GPS to track their location, alerting travelers when their luggage is unloaded from an aircraft or about to appear on the carousel.
