Muzaffarnagar: A man and an infant, displaced from their homes after last year's riots, died due to cold on Saturday in Malakpur camp of Shamli district, where Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi had earlier paid a visit. The deaths have taken the toll to four in a week.
