Chandigarh: The Haryana government will launch a new system of registration in all tehsil offices and inaugurate the web portal of Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on December 25 to mark the birth anniversary of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee as 'Good Governance Day'.
