New Delhi: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal yesterday claimed that the trial of the odd-even scheme on pilot basis during January did not actually bring down the pollution level as much as was expected but it did bring down the vehicular congestion on Delhi roads. Analysing several media reports regarding different pollution levels during the first phase of the odd-even scheme, Arvind Kejriwal signalled that the project in its second phase is all set for implementation on Delhi roads from tomorrow onwards.
