Kolkata: In an attempt to rein in the price of onions, which has gone up to Rs 100 a kilo in the national capital, the Mamata Banerjee government in West Bengal has set up 40 stores that will be selling the vegetable bulbs at Rs 36 per kg, authorities said on Friday.
