The remarks made by Indian Army Chief Gen Bikram Singh following the beheading of an Indian soldier on the LoC last week were "very hostile", Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar said on Tuesday, as she asked Indian leaders to "catch up" with developments in her country.

A youth in Karnataka's Raichur district has been quizzed by investigating agencies for allegedly making a call to Pakistan Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar, with officials concluding that it was an "accidental" call by the student who could speak only Kannada.
