Paris: France held a national memorial service on Friday for the 130 people killed on November 13 in the Paris terror attack. Around 1,000 people attended the service in central Paris, including President Francois Hollande, survivors of the attacks and victims' families.

For the first time, the state Forest Department has launched an animal ambulance, a specially designed vehicle for elephants at the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary (WWS), a paradise of wild jumbos in north Kerala.
