New Delhi: Rajya Sabha is likely to witness a tug of war between government and Opposition over Real Estate Bill, which is listed for consideration and passage on Tuesday as the Congress has upped the ante over it after party vice-president Rahul Gandhi's meeting with home buyers on Saturday.
