Midnapore (West Bengal): An ITI aspirant was in for a shock when he found a photo of a dog on his admit card. Soumyadip Mahato (18) downloaded the admit card for the ITI entrance exam from the official website to find the dog's photo on it with his address and other detailsyesterday.
