Hyundai To Introduce Next-Gen Elantra In September

Korean carmaker Hyundai will be introducing the next-gen Elantra in India in September. The stylish and aesthetic compact sedan will be powered by a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine with Atkinson cycle combustion for better fuel efficiency. The power output from the petrol engine is expected to be 149 hp. On the other hand, the diesel motor on offer will be a 1.6-litre mill, whose power output shall be between 128 and 136 hp.
