London: One of the UK's most successful schools, which has an intake of 80 percent Bangladeshi Muslims, has been rocked by claims that it failed to protect its pupils from Islamist extremist influences. Sir John Cass's Foundation and Red Coat Church of England school in Tower Hamlets, east London, is being accused of neglecting to monitor the activities of an Islamic society set up by sixth-formers.
