New Delhi: Navratri is one of the holiest Hindu festivals celebrated across the country. During this festival, people worship different avatars of goddess Durga for nine days and observe fast. People on fast prefer to eat foods made of sabudana, kuttu atta, and fruits as they are light on the stomach, and add rock salt to their meals instead of regular salt.
