B-Town is abuzz with the speculations of industry’s most eligible bachelor Salman Khan tying the knot with his ‘ladylove’ Iulia Vantur soon. While Salman Khan is in Goa to shoot his upcoming home production, apparently he is spending a lot of time with his alleged girlfriend. Sources close to the star say that Sallu is even considering marrying the Romanian TV anchor. Insiders from Goa say that while Iulia and Sallu are together in Goa, as reported in ‘Salman Khan’s new girl’ (HitList, May 7), the actor is serious about their future.

It seems too much of a coincidence that both Shahrukh Khan and his arch rival Salman Khan were in the party capital recently. They are practically neighbours in Bandra Bandstand where both the actors reside. And looks like Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan were not many kilometers apart even while they were shooting for their respective films till recently. Sources say both the stars were in Goa last week.

However at Gudi Padwa this time, Sallu decided to skip the celebrations and instead preferred to spend the day working on his next film. A source says, “This Gudi Padwa, Sallu’s mom Salma had asked the actor to be home to spend the day with his family. However due to his recent ill health, work on brother Sohail Khan’s film is already running late. He decided to stay back at Lavasa to continue shooting.” Apparently, Salman requested Salma to let him go this time. Well, there is always a next time.

Actor Salman Khan, who has been locking Eid for the past four years to release his films, won't have any outing this year. The superstar's younger brother Arbaaz says there are plenty of interesting dates to choose from and no need to do a rush job on "Mental". Since 2009, every year Salman had a release on Eid. It started with "Wanted", followed by "Dabangg" in 2010, "Bodyguard" in 2011, and 2012 spy thriller "Ek Tha Tiger". Interestingly, all of them turned out to be box office blockbusters. This year Eid is on Aug 8 and Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar are set to lock horns at the box office as their films "Chennai Express" and "Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Again", respectively, are being readied for the festival release. "I am presuming that they (fans) would have liked to release "Mental" on Eid. It's not that they have not thought about it, but the practicality of coming on Eid may have been an issue.
