New Delhi: Jagran Pehel, the social initiative of Jagran Prakashan Limited, has entered into a partnership with UNICEF to address the issue of child marriage in India's most populous  state Uttar Pradesh. The partnership was signed between the two organisations in Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow.
