New Delhi: In mounting trouble for sacked Delhi minister Sandeep Kumar, the woman who purportedly figured in an 'objectionable' CD with him, has accused him of allegedly raping her after spiking her drink, following which Kumar on Sunday surrendered at the DCP's office. The woman today filed a complaint against Kumar at Sultanpuri police station alleging that she was raped by him after being offered a spiked drink, official sources said. She alleged in her complaint that the CD was made after Kumar became a minister.

New Delhi: Delhi Police Crime Branch on Thursday started a probe in the "objectionable" CD episode which led to sacking of AAP minister Sandeep Kumar, within hours of a BJP delegation meeting Commissioner Alok Kumar in this regard. The probe into "objectionable" CD, which surfaced on Wednesday showing Sandeep Kumar in a compromising position with a woman, has been given to Crime Branch on the order of commissioner of police, sources in the Delhi Police said.
