Tikamgarh (MP): On the run for almost a year in a kidnapping case, local MLA K K Shrivastava today surrendered before the police. The BJP legislator was booked on August 22 last year along with four of his supporters for allegedly abducting and thrashing Janpad Panchayat CEO Udayraj Singh. He has been absconding since then.
