JPC Chairman PC Chacko has said it will be "unconstitutional" to summon former Telecom Minister A Raja, prime accused in the 2G spectrum case, before the panel.

A divided Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probing the 2G spectrum scam will meet on Thursday to finalise its report, sources said on Wednesday.
