Chennai: Paattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) on Tuesday submitted a memorandum listing 18 allegations of corruption against the ruling All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) to Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah, urging him to seek a report from Chief Minister O Panneerselvam and recommend inquiry by a former judge if reply was unsatisfactory.
