Vrindavan:  President Pranab Mukherjee will lay the foundation stone for Chandrodaya Mandir, a 213-metre high temple dedicated to Lord Krishna, here Nov 16, an official said Tuesday. The Rs 300-crore project will be completed in five years, said project director Bharat Prabhu.
