Unique Identification cards or Aadhar cards were made compulsory by the Delhi government to access any government service. However, Noida being the business hub situated very close to Delhi was not lucky enough as residents are yet to enroll themselves for these cards. The agency carrying out the project was Karvy Data Management Services Limited and apart from that Noida head post office was carrying out the work.
