Unique Identification cards or Aadhar cards were made compulsory by the Delhi government to access any government service. However, Noida being the business hub situated very close to Delhi was not lucky enough as residents are yet to enroll themselves for these cards. Nandan Nilekani, Chairman of the UIDAI, planned to establish uniqueness of individual and wanted to document each and every resident of India through Aadhar cards.
