New Delhi: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday and said she was happy the Central Government was reaching out to all stakeholders to restore peace in the troubled state. Mehbooba Mufti also sought the creation of an institutional mechanism to talk to all stakeholders in Kashmir to carry forward former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's policy of a dialogue internally as well as with Pakistan.
