Ghaziabad: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has issued notice to Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat for violating housing construction rules. Confirming the issuance of notice, GDA vice chairman Vijay Kumar Yadav said, “Yes, the notice has been issued for violation of housing construction rules”.
