New Delhi: The ongoing tussle between Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung took a  new turn on Friday as the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a gazette notification saying that the Lt Governor is the ultimate authority in appointing key bureaucrats.
