New Delhi:  Fulfilling major pre-poll promises, the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Admi Party (AAP) government has slashed the power tariffs by 50 percent for consumption of upto 400 units and also announced to provide 20,000 litres of waters free to every household in the national capital.
