Geneva : Top Ebola experts raised grave concerns about the worsening epidemic in west Africa as the number of infections soared to almost 10,000 and the death toll edged closer to 4,900. The World Heath Organization said after an emergency meeting on the deadly haemorrhagic fever that the situation in the worst-hit countries of Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone "remains of great concern" as cases increase exponentially.

The Jamaican claimed three for 30 from 5.5 overs as Bermuda were routed for 106 inside 27 overs before the US romped to a six-wicket victory in just 21.5 overs at Bayuemas Oval here Thursday, reports CMC. Having qualified to play for the US based on the ICC's four-year residency requirement, Lawson, 32, who played 13 Tests before moving to America in 2010, struck with his first ball, removing opener Terryn Fray.
