Chennai: Accepting the resignation of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O.Panneerselvam and his Council of Ministers on Friday Governor K. Rosaiah invited AIADMK general secretary J. Jayalaltihaa to form the Ministry at the earliest, a Raj Bhavan statement said.
