Sangrur(Punjab): Aam Aadmi Party National Executive Council begins its three-day meeting here from Friday. On first day of its meeting, the party convener and former CM of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal said AAP will first form its government in Delhi and then it will expand its base across the country. For the first time, the meeting is organised outside Delhi as the party has got maximum vote share in Punjab.
