New Delhi: Director Gaurav Panjwani deals with the sensitive issue of remarriage in old age in his debut movie "Second Marriage Dot Com", and says the film highlights the emotional needs of the elderly.

"Remarriage has been a social stigma in the society but now the mindset of younger generation is changing and they understand the emotional needs of their parents," Panjwani said in a statement.

"They are not hesitant if their single parents give themselves a second chance at love and marriage. It highlights the emotional needs of the elderly," he added.

The movie is about the changing mindset of youngsters Akshay Narang (Vishal Nayak) and Poonam (Sayani Gupta), who urge their parents Shoma Upadhayay (Charu Rohtagi) and Suneel Narang (Mohit Chauhan) for marriage.

Made under the banner of Vin Mehta Films, the film is shot in Delhi and Jaipur. It will release in August.
