The National Conference working president was commenting on the infighting among AAP leaders, which turned ugly at Saturday's National Council meeting in Delhi where four dissident leaders including Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan were removed from its powerful National Executive.

"To think that commentators were actually advising older political parties to be more like #AAP, seems #AAP has decided to be more like us," Omar wrote on twitter.

AAP founding members Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav on Saturday were removed from its National Executive for anti-party activities.

Amid chaos and high drama, a resolution to remove the two dissident leaders along with their supporters Anand Kumar and Ajit Jha from the powerful panel was passed at the National Council with 247 members supporting it.
