On Friday, volunteers of Students for Development (SFD) planted 50 saplings near Shakti Nagar in Delhi, launching a campaign named 'Selfie with Plant'. "Pollution can only be controlled if every person plants a sapling. We will continue the drive in other parts of the city too,” SFD volunteer Ayush Mall told reporters.

While planting a sapling, another SFD volunteer, Aditya, told reporters "I request Indians to plant at least one sapling on their birthday and upload 'Selfie with Plant' on social media."
