Jharkhand Express, Ujjaini Express, and Howrah Janata Express were among the trains cancelled due to low visibility conditions.

Delhi-bound trains including Bhagalpur Garib Rath and Mahabodhi Express were running behind schedule.

On Tuesday, the minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 4 degrees Celsius while on Monday it had dropped to 2.4 degrees Celsius. The city woke up to a foggy and cloudy morning on Wednesday. However, according to MeT department, there would be a clear sky in the later part of the day.

The maximum temperature in the last 24 hours was registered three notches below normal at 17.6 degrees. The maximum temperature is expected to remain around 18 degrees Celsius during the day.
