New Delhi: Poll bugle was sounded with the Election Commission announcing the dates of Assembly election in Delhi, as the Congress and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) have started blowing conch of victory and claim to form government in the City.

Sheila Dikshit on Saturday said that her government has changed the face of Delhi and is confident that the ruling Congress would come to power in the city for the fourth successive time.

"We have changed the face of Delhi. 24 universities, Metro, flyovers... I am certain that the Congress will win the Delhi assembly elections for the fourth time," Dikshit said.

Countering corruption allegations by the rivals, she said that there was no evidence against her government."Opposition always cries corruption. I want to ask them, where is the corruption? Give us evidence," she said.

Fending off the counting of good work under the stewardship of the Sheila government, Arvind Kejriwal said that his party was confident of forming a government in Delhi and vowed to pass the Janlokpal Bill after winning the Assembly election.

"AAP will form the government in Delhi," Kejriwal said, and added that once the AAP forms its government, a special assembly session would be convened at the Ramlila Maidan, where Gandhian Anna Hazare had fasted for 12 days, and the Janlokpal Bill would be passed.
