New Delhi: There seems to be no cohesion between Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and Delhi Congress chief JP Agarwal in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi election scheduled for April 15.

Undoubtedly, Agarwal had a major say in the ticket distribution but at the same time, several loyalists of the Delhi Congress Chief were replaced by the Sheila supporters in a last minute change.

After the ticket distribution, the Congress high command entrusted Sheila with the entire election campaign being conducted in the civic polls. Interestingly, the grand old party is fighting MCD polls on the plank of good governance delivered by the Sheila government during the last 13 years.

On the issue of trifurcation of MCD too, the CM was adamant to divide the civic body into three parts, while Agarwal was opposing to it.

Commenting on the issue, Delhi Congress chief denies the report of any dispute between the government and the party organization in the civic polls.
