“L-G and Police Commissioner take care of the Delhi Police. L-G informed me that the probe will be conducted by a revenue officer but there is a judicial inquiry going on in this case. Section 144 has been imposed in the area (North Block). If they want to protest, they can go to Jantar Mantar,” Shinde told reporters.

“He is the Chief Minister of Delhi and must be careful about the dignity of his post,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister slammed the Central Government and the Home Minister, saying why there is a need for probe.

“Delhi government will not cooperate with inquiry against police in a South Delhi raid episode. Probe is a waste,” said Kejriwal while addressing the supporters outside the Rail Bhavan.

Earlier, Kejriwal's car was stopped at Rail Bhavan where the police told him that he cannot move ahead as Section 144 has been imposed in the area (Vijay Chowk).
