Bhopal: Leader of the Opposition in Madhya Pradesh Assembly, Ajay Singh on Monday said the Governor's Address in the House was far from reality and the truth is that the state government had failed on all fronts.
In a statement, he said there were lots of figures in the speech in praise of the government but the truth was that all sections of society were unhappy with their present condition. He said that even though Madhya Pradesh had achieved 18 percent growth in agriculture, the government was silent on why farmers were unhappy and agriculture had not become profitable.
He said atrocities were being committed on women and even areas near residences of the Chief Minister or the Home Minister were not safe for them.

Singh said the Governor's Address was silent on how to fight rampant corruption as well as deteriorating law and order situation in the state.
