New Delhi: Siddhant Tuli of Ghaziabad’s Vasundhara has topped the B.Tech entrance exam conducted by the Jamia Millia Islamia University. Around 30,000 students had appeared in the exam for 350 seats. Whereas in girls category, Delhi’s Civil Lines resident Fatimah Mumtaz stood first in the exam. Siddhant has opted Computer Engineering course as his first choice in the exam.

Jamia sports quota admission by June 20

Jamia University on Wednesday has declared the entrance exam results for admissions in BBS, B.com honours, BA honours, and Economics honours. The University administration has said that students can check their results on its official website: http://jmi.ac.in/.

The schedule for the admission process is likely to be released by 22 June.
Spokesperson of Jamia Millia Islamia University has said that the university had conducted the entrance exam on June 9 on national level. The exam results are available on the University’s official website.

Khalid Moin, Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology has said that the university offers degree courses in civil, electrical, mechanical, electronics and communication and computer engineering. It also offers courses like M.Tech in Engineering, Environmental Science and Engineering, Electrical Power System Management, Control and Instrumentation System, Mechanical Engineering and Earthquake Engineering courses.
