Amritsar (JPN/Bureau): Former Indian opening batsman and Lok Sabha MP, Navjot Singh Sidhu feels that Team India are hot favourites to win the Cricket World Cup starting this Saturday.

Sidhu feels Sri Lanka and Australia have a good chance to clinch the title but, playing at home, India have an advantage over them.

“India have a strong team and they are favourites to win the Cup. Australia and Sri Lanka are in with a good chance too but India, as hosts, have slight advantage over them,” Sidhu said.

Sidhu also had some advice for Team India skipper and said Dhoni should bat at No.4, Kohli at 3, Yuvraj at 5, Pathan 6 and Raina should bat No.7.

Sidhu also predicted that Zaheer Khan, Harbhajan Singh and R Ashwin will be standout bowlers for Team India.
