Bhopal: In an utter case of recklessness, a rape victim along with her family in Madhya Pradesh underwent social boycott for registering complaint against three accused with police.

The victim’s husband called a Mahapanchayat of Kushwaha community where all the three accused confessed to their offence. According to sources, they were ordered to pay Rs 5,000 to the victim as recompense and arrange a feast for the community people.

Displeased with the Mahapanchayat’s verdict, the victim went to police station to register her complaint that irked the Kushwaha community.

Earlier on the night of April 18 Sarpanch of Koranpurwa village Babu Kushwaha along with his accomplices Prakash Kushwaha and Chhutuu Kushwaha barged into the woman’s house and raped her. At the time of the incident her husband was off to Satna.
