All India Congress Committee (AICC) Observer Jagmeet Singh Brar told reporters here that a massive rally has been organised at Campal ground in the capital city to commemorate the golden jubilee year of Goa's liberation.

Brar said at least 50,000 people, including party workers, would be attending the rally.

"It is expected that Soniaji will speak on Goa's road map for next 25 years," he added.

Several freedom fighters and women from rural areas of the coastal state, who have worked for social upliftment, would be felicitated by the UPA chairperson on the occasion.
