The Xperia Z Ultra features a 6.4-inch full HD TRILUMINOS display, powered by X-Reality for mobile engine, a waterproof and dust resistant design, an 8-megapixel camera with Exmor RS for mobile sensor and HDR for videos and photos, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with 2.2 GHz quad-core CPUs and LTE, and battery Stamina mode.
While Bell has posted its ‘coming soon’ banner on the upcoming Sony Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia Z1, it’s yet to reveal specific launch dates and pricing details. According to the leaked internal documents, both the Sony Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia Z1 will be launched on October 15. While the Xperia Z1 will be available with other carriers as well, the Xperia Z Ultra will be a Bell exclusive.
The Smartphone has been confirmed to boast a huge 6.4-inch Triluminous display with full HD (1080p) resolution, X-Reality Engine for mobiles and scratch-resistant glass. Sony Xperia Z Ultra is IP58 certified (dust and water proof) and water resistant up to 1 meter. On the back, the phone sports an enhanced 8-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, while in the front, there’s a secondary 2-megapixel camera for video calls.
