According to a Russian technology blog, where the images have been surfaced, the mini version holds almost the same specifications as in the original Xperia Z1. The leaked images show the new Xperia having a 4.3-inch TRILUMINOS HD (720x1280) display with X-Reality for Mobiles and runs on Android 4.3. Besides, it is likely to have a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm MSM8974 processor; 2GB of RAM; 16GB of inbuilt storage that's further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card, and a 2300mAh battery with STAMINA mode. In addition, like other Xperia Z smartphones, the Xperia Z1s is said to be waterproof and dust-proof.

The leak comes just days after the tech giant accidently listed the Xperia Z1s on its official global website. According to Amazon case listing, the Sony Xperia Z1s will be released on November 26.
