Ghaziabad: Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Ram Gopal Yadav inaugurated eight projects on Tuesday to decongest National Highway-24 between Uttar Pradesh Gate and Dasna town in the Ghaziabad district.

The projects under Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) cover about 20 km of the busy highway. Yadav also unveiled a green strip in Raj Nagar in Ghaziabad. Yadav inaugurated four underpasses, four link roads to connect the highway, a park and a foot-bridge built at a total cost of about Rs.2.23 crore.

He also inaugurated four link roads connecting the highway. The projects will ease connectivity to Delhi from Ghaziabad and Noida.
