No fresh dates have been given so far but official sources said that the presentation may take place soon.
Keen to fast-track key issues, Singh had on May 29 asked his officials to come up with out-of-the-box ideas for internal security and better coordination between the Centre and states.
Directing his ministry to prepare an actionable blueprint, he had said this should also contain ideas to resolve border disputes with neighbouring countries without compromising national interests.
During a three-hour-long interaction with senior Home Ministry officials, Singh said internal security was his topmost priority area and asked them to do innovative thinking.
Crucial divisions like Internal Security, Naxal Management, Centre-State, North-East and Jammu and Kashmir had been directed to prepare a roadmap to improve internal security architecture.
