Mumbai: Amid the buzz about Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan having another baby boy through surrogacy, innumerable objections have been raised by the state’s Indian Radiological and Imaging Association and a Mumbai based NGO on reported pre-birth sex determination of the baby.

The state’s radiologists’ association has asked immediate probe into the matter by the state health department. According to the association, pre-birth sex determination is illegal in India, and if the news is true, then King Khan should be definitely booked for prenatal sex determination. However, it is also said that if baby’s sex determination was done outside India, then the Indian laws won’t be applicable to him.

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan have reportedly maintained silence over the media reports of pregnancy of Gauri Khan through surrogacy. Rumors are that the couple has apparently consulted the same doctor that Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao went to for their baby Azad - who was also born to a surrogate mother.
