Though these antibiotics can undoubtedly cure most of the superbugs, there are still some very powerful superbugs that can’t be overcome by these antibiotics, according to a WHO report.

The report also says that even the most effective and powerful antibiotics don’t have any effect on these strong superbugs.

The reports adds that people from all over the world and of all ages may get affected by it, which has raised alarm bells.

Keiji Fukuda, one of the top assistant director generals at WHO, said they have a major issue right now, adding that this issue can escalate further as per the suggested trends.

He added that the world is headed for a post-antibiotic era in which common infections and minor injuries which have been treatable for decades can once again become fatal.

The WHO reports comes with detailed information and with lots of data and evidences from at least 114 nations throughout the world.
