New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Friday filed a supplementary chargesheet against top Maoist leader Kobad Ghandy accused of trying to set up a network of the banned outfit in Delhi.

In the supplementary chargesheet, the Special Cell has placed on record fresh sanction to prosecute him under section 45 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).

The chargesheet also has a March 23, 2012, order of Additional Secretary (Home) against Ghandy and his co-accused Arvind Joshi.

The supplementary chargesheet was filed in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Vinod Yadav and the same will now be marked to the court of Additional Sessions Judge Pawan Jain where the main chargesheet is pending consideration.
