According to the PILs, Kejriwal has gone against the law while Section 144 is in place in Central Delhi and Somnath Bharti tried to take law in his own hands by conducting a midnight raid at Khirki village in south Delhi area.

The Apex Court bench headed by Chief Justice P Sathasivam said they will hear the PILs on Friday.

The petitioners, advocate ML Sharma along with another advocate, said that the Chief Minister was supposed to maintain law and order but was instead creating a law and order problem by his ongoing agitation seeking suspension from service of five policemen.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has alleged that the policemen cooperated neither with Somnath Bharti during his vigilante-style raid last week and nor with Rakhi Birla on her complaint concerning "improper action" in a dowry case.
